This HP-41 CX was opened to fix broken screw posts. This is a common problem for this series of calculators.
Lots of articles can be found on the web explaining how to disassemble this type of calculator.
To open the housing a crosshead screwdriver is needed. The four screws are hidden behind the rubber feet. After removing the screws the housing can be opened.

The HP-41 CX has an additional print soldered on the main print.
